
Juan José Chacón-Quirós
Mr. Chacón-Quirós founded Establishment Labs in 2004 and has been a director and Chief Executive Officer of Establishment Labs Holdings Inc. since its inception in 2013. Mr. Chacón Quirós has been involved in several sectors of the aesthetics industry, including serving for almost a decade as General Manager of an aesthetic medical device distribution business in Latin America and prior to that as Business Development Manager of a renowned plastic and reconstructive surgery clinic in Costa Rica. He also served as President of the Rugby Federation of Costa Rica from 2009 to 2015. Mr. Chacón Quirós received his Baccalaureate in Economics at the Academie de Poitiers and attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where he studied economics and Latin American studies.

Salvador Dada
Mr. Dada was appointed as our Chief Operating Officer in February 2016 and has been with us as a manager of operations and manufacturing since April 2009. Mr. Dada served in various engineering roles at Allergan Medical from 2007 to 2009 and in a variety of production and manufacturing roles at Establishment Biotech, S.A. from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Dada received undergraduate and licentiate degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Costa Rica. He currently lives in Costa Rica with his wife and child and is considered to be one of the most valuable members of the Establishment Labs team.

Renee Gaeta
Ms. Gaeta joined the team as our Chief Financial Officer in 2017. Most recently, she was Vice President, Corporate Controller at Sientra, Inc., a Nasdaq listed (SIEN) aesthetics company. At Sientra, Ms. Gaeta was a member of the executive team and headed the finance department. She was instrumental in preparing the company during its pre-IPO stage, establishing compliant systems & controls, and played a key role in the company’s Initial Public Offering and Follow-On Offering. Prior to Sientra, Ms. Gaeta worked at KPMG, LLP, from 2004 to 2014, rising through the organization to the role of Director, Transaction & Restructuring. In this capacity she managed multiple global clients and specialized in complex transaction and restructuring deals. Ms. Gaeta received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.

Roberto de Mezerville
Mr. Mezerville has held positions of increasing responsibility at our company since 2009 in the areas of quality management, research and development, innovation and regulatory and clinical affairs and has been our Vice President of Quality and R&D since June 2015. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Mezerville served in various engineering and quality manager positions with Allergan Medical Costa Rica. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Environmental Health and Safety Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Costa Rica.

Erik Vogelenzang
Mr. Vogelenzang will lead the continuing development of Motiva in Europe with special focus on the creation of Centers of Excellence and direct-to-patient targeted initiatives that will be instrumental for growth in that region. Mr. Vogelenzang is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in building brands across the surgical aesthetics industry. Mr. Vogelenzang spent 12 years at INAMED (purchased by Allergan), the majority of which were leading the international expansion of breast, facial and obesity products. Most recently, he was one of the co-founders of Global Consolidated Aesthetics (GCA). Mr. Vogelenzang is based in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Olivier Tourniaire
Mr. Tourniaire, who has been with Establishment Labs since 2011, has been instrumental in positioning Motiva as the fastest growing brand in the European market. Mr. Tourniaire has over 20 years of sales experience in the breast implant market and was one of the founders of Laboratoires Eurosilicone. During his tenure as Export Manager, he grew that brand to the third position in sales worldwide. Mr. Tourniaire is based in Dubai, UAE.

Eddie de Oliveira
Mr. de Oliveira will be in charge of launching the new generations of Motiva implants in this region. Further, he will act as President of Motiva Brasil, a subsidiary recently created by Establishment Labs to launch Motiva in the world’s second largest market for breast implants. Until recently, Mr. de Oliveira was the Executive Country Director in Brazil for GCA, where he led their subsidiary to a leadership position in the Brazilian market. Prior to that, Mr. de Oliveira was involved in the setup of the GCA subsidiaries in France and Spain and served as Manager for International Marketing for Eurosilicone and Nagor. Mr. de Oliveira is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Luis Manuel Gutierrez
Mr. Gutierrez has served as our Vice President of Legal, Compliance and Regulatory and General Counsel since 2010. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Gutierrez was a Senior Associate with the law firm Feinzaig, Scharf & van der Putten in San José, Costa Rica. From 2005 to 2006, he served as the Attorney and General Counsel for Central America with Corporación M&S Internacional CA, S.A. From1989 to 2005, he served various counseling and management positions in international companies, located in Costa Rica and Jamaica. Mr. Gutierrez received his bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of Costa Rica.

Alberto Quesada
Mr. Quesada joined us in January 2017 as our Vice President of Quality and OUS Regulatory Affairs. From 2010 to December 2016, Mr. Quesada was a Quality Director and Management Representative at Boston Scientific in Costa Rica, where he was a Quality Director at company’s site in Heredia from May 2010 to June 2016, and then a Management Representative at the company’s site in Coyol from July 2016 to December 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Quesada was with Allergan Corporation from 2000 to 2010, where he served in senior quality management roles. He also previously held roles at Baxter Healthcare Corporation, Kativo Chemical Industries and GTE Sylvania. Mr. Quesada received his MBA from Universidad Estatal a Distancia (UNED), Costa Rica and his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Costa Rica.
